You don’t need a plan. Just a moment.

Maybe you’re not ready to dive in yet. That’s okay. But as you’re here, take a minute for yourself and have a couple of coaching exercises on me.

These simple prompts are designed to help you pause, reflect and reconnect, without pressure, performance, or a to-do list.

Try one. Come back to another later.
And if something shifts, I’m here when you’re ready to talk.

Mini Exercise: Name It. Face It. Flip It.

A 5-minute fear-reframing prompt

Step 1: Name It
What’s one fear or thought that keeps showing up?

“If I speak up, I’ll sound stupid.”

Step 2: Face It
What would actually happen if that fear came true?

“I might feel embarrassed for a moment. Then I’d keep going.”

Step 3: Flip It
What’s a truer, more helpful thought you can choose instead?

“If I speak up, I might surprise myself — or someone else might thank me.”

 Try It Now:

Write yours in three quick lines:
Fear says: __________
Reality is: __________
I choose to believe: __________

The One Word Reset

Feeling a bit stuck, scattered or unsure where to begin? Try this.

Take 60 seconds.
Grab a scrap of paper or open a blank note.
Then answer this:

What’s one word that captures what you need most right now?
(It might be: space, clarity, courage, focus, momentum, rest…)

Now ask yourself:

  • Why that word?
  • What would change if you had more of it?
  • 1 thing you’re ready to let go of

You don’t have to share it. Just write it down, read it back, and notice what shifts.

The 3–2–1 Reset

When life feels a bit much, try this quick reflection:

  • 3 things you’re proud of from the past month
  • 2 things you’ve learned recently
  • 1 thing you’re ready to let go of

You don’t have to share it. Just write it down, read it back, and notice what shifts.

Today vs. Ideal

On one side of a page, jot down:
“What today feels like…”
On the other side, write:
“What I’d love instead…”

What’s one small bridge between the two?
That’s your next step.

Save one. Try one. Share one.
And if one of them opens something up, feel free to drop me a
message.
