Executive & Career Coaching
“Find Your Fearless”
All three have value but they’re very different in approach and purpose.
Coaching is forward-looking. It’s a structured, reflective conversation that helps you make sense of where you are, identify what matters to you, and take clear steps forward. It’s not about giving advice (although I can), it’s about helping you find your own clarity and direction.
Mentoring is more advice-led. As someone with experience in PR & comms, as well as recruitment, I can offer guidance based on what I’ve seen work, particularly when it comes to navigating career progression, agency dynamics or industry challenges.
Therapy is about healing and processing past experiences. It’s a clinical, often long-term approach that focuses on emotional wellbeing and trauma. This is beyond my remit, and if you’re in need of therapeutic support, I’d always recommend working with a medically qualified professional such as a licensed therapist or psychologist.
Coaching isn’t therapy. It’s a safe, practical space to think clearly and move forward with confidence.
Sometimes you know exactly what you want to work on. Sometimes you don’t and that’s fine too.
People come to coaching with a range of goals: career decisions, rebuilding confidence, navigating change, improving boundaries or simply getting a fresh perspective. Sometimes people just want to have someone to talk to and share ideas with, any why not.
I create an open, calm and structured space for you to talk it out, reframe your thinking, and get clear on what’s next – at your pace. We’ll often uncover insights or priorities you didn’t expect. And that’s part of the process.
Each session is unique. They’re sometimes emotional, often energising and always rooted in practical support.
This is a big part of my work, especially with PR & comms professionals, as well as those in marketing, social media, creative and adjacent industries who are ready to make a change, step up, or step back in after a break. But the approach works just as well for professionals from any background who want clarity and momentum in their next move.
Career coaching often involves helping you:
• Reflect on your experience and identify your transferable skills and strengths
• Explore what you want next – not just what you could do
• Reframe your story and structure your thinking
When it comes to CVs, I don’t just ‘edit’. I help you craft a document that reflects your value, aligns with your goals, and feels like you . Together, we’ll shape your narrative, highlight your impact, and ensure it helps to open the right doors.

Most of my coaching is done online over video call, which means you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable (yes, pyjamas are perfectly acceptable).
If you’re based in or near London and prefer to meet in person, that can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
